I got this from Oprah! magazine, 2005. I hope you enjoy! Ingredients:
3 scallions, finely chopped (green onions) |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
2 (6 inch) french baguettes, cut in half lengthwise |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Soak the chopped scallions in cold water to remove their raw heat. 2. Drain well and mix with olive oil. 3. Toast the baguettes. 4. Spread the scallion olive oil on top, and season with salt and pepper to taste. |
