This is very simple, so simple I probably shouldn't add it but darn I so love it! I had been eating Salmon on my bagels and it just didn't sit quite right on my tummy so I thought this up. It is slightly salty but still quite good. Ingredients:
2 bagels |
4 slices prosciutto ham |
4 tablespoons cream cheese (amount approximate) |
Directions:
1. Toast bagels to your preferred darkness. 2. Liberally spread cream cheese on each bagel half. 3. Put 1 slice (or more if you prefer) of Prosciutto on each bagel half. 4. enjoy! |
