CAN BE SPREAD OF COCKTAIL BREAD OR PIECES OF BAGELS DIPPED IN THE DIP Ingredients:
8 ounces of cream cheese |
8 ounces of sour cream |
1- 2 ounce pkg. of buddig beef or ham diced up in very sm. pieces |
7 scallions sliced |
1 t. garlic powder or to your taste |
Directions:
1. SOFTEN CREAM CHEESE IN MICROWAVE FOR 1 MINUTE. PUT IN SOUR CREAM AND THE SCALLIONS, AND GARLIC POWDER. 2. CUT UP THE BEEF SLICES IN SMALL PIECES AND MIX IT IN. 3. PUT IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 2 HOURS . 4. I'VE SPREAD THIS ON COCKTAIL RYE BREAD ALSO JUST AS A DIP. CUT UP 6 BAGELS IN PIECES AND DIP THEM INTO THE DIP. 5. IT WILL BE A HIT A ANY EVENT. |
