Bagels sliced thinly, fried til crisp and sprinkled with salt and chili powder. Very morish and simple!
Ingredients:
4 bagels
salt
chili powder
oil (for deep frying)
Directions:
1. Slice bagels in half and then cut into 1cm slices.
2. Deep fry til brown and crunchy, remove to paper towels.
3. sprinkle with salt and chili powder on both sides and serve.
