A healthy alternative to crisps ideal for packing in kids lunchboxes. Will keep upto a week in an airtight container Ingredients:
8 miniature bagels |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
Directions:
1. heat oven to 220degC. 2. Split bagels and arrange in a roasting tin cut side up. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and garlic. 4. Bake for 5 minutes until golden. |
