Ridiculously simple and simply delish! Makes a great appetizer, too! From via the Baltimore Sun. Ingredients:
10 slices bacon, cut in half |
20 tater tots |
ketchup and mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Wrap a half-slice of bacon around each Tater Tot. 2. Place the Tots on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the Tots are golden and crispy and the bacon is cooked. Remove from the oven and put the Tots on a paper towel-lined plate to drain the excess bacon grease. 3. Mix equal parts ketchup and mayonnaise to create a dipping sauce. 4. Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until well blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week. |
