Bacon wrapped shrim marinated in teriyaki sauce. Ingredients:
10-12 large shrimp, uncooked peeled deveined |
teriyaki sauce |
bacon |
crushed black pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel and devein shrimp 2. Cut bacon in half and wrap around shrimp 3. Place in shallow dish and coat with crushed black pepper 4. Pour teriyaki over shrimp to marinade 5. Let stand in refridgerator for 30min or longer (no more than 2 hours) 6. Skewer shrim on metal skewer and gril until bacon done. Usually around 3min per side. |
