I had this as an appetizer during Thanksgiving. Really didn't need turkey after these. Ingredients:
40 large cooked shrimp |
1 lb bacon, raw |
1 cup barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Cut complete bacon package in half. 2. Wrap each shrimp with 1/2 bacon slice, secure with tooth pick. 3. Dip each bacon wrapped shrimp into bbq sauce, covering both sides. 4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes. |
