Bacon Wrapped Scallops

This is one of hubby's SPECIALTIES!! The first time I ever had scallops, I was 14 and went to Nova Scotia for a summer vacation. It was the first time I tried lobster and when I was asked if I'd like to try scallops I was TERRIBLY disappointed, guess they weren't cooked properly. Read more ...over the years I kept trying them and still didn't like them until hubby made them at home and after trying them, I was HOOKED!
Ingredients:
marinade
juice of full orange
juice of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
worchestershire sauce and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
12 scallops
Directions:
1. Marinate scallops for an hour. Wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon and secure with toothpick.
2. Grill method:
3. Place on preheated grill on high heat until bacon is cooked, about 5 minutes.
4. Frying Pan:
5. Put 1 tsp. vegetable oil to pan and heat. Place scallops in pan and cook for a couple minutes per side.
6. Serve Immediately!
7. These are delicious and excellent for entertaining. Best served as 4-6 per serving.
8. We have had these for surf and turf meals with shrimp, steak and baked potatoes.
