From Recipes From The Heart by VistaCare of Athens. These require 8 hours in the refrigerator, so plan ahead! Prep time includes chill time. Ingredients:
1 lb sliced bacon |
1 lb small little smokies sausage (regular or the kind with cheese in them, or a combo of both) |
brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Cut bacon slices into thirds. 2. Wrap bacon around sausage links and secure with a toothpick. 3. Line a jelly roll pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. 4. Fill pain with a single layer of roll-ups and sprinkle brown sugar over the tops, engough to completely cover roll-ups. 5. Cover and refriegerate 8 hours or overnight. 6. Bake 30 minutes at 350*F. 7. Keep warm in a small crockpot on the low setting. |
