These tasty little potatoes are great appetizers or a great side dish. Courtesy of Everyday Food. Ingredients:
8 slices bacon,cut in half crosswise |
16 small potatoes |
toothpicks |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Wrap each piece of bacon around a potot and secure with toothpick. 3. Place in baking dish and bake till bacon is crisp and potatoes tender when pierced with a fork,40-50 mins. Leave tothpick in and serve as appetizer or remove and serve as side dish. |
