Bacon Wrapped Dates With Pecans |

My mom makes these fast little appetizers which are sweet and salty at the same time! Ingredients:
24 whole pecans or 24 almonds |
24 dates, pitted |
8 slices bacon, cut into thirds |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Stuff each date with a nut. 3. Wrap each with bacon, securing with a toothpick. 4. Place on a baking sheet. 5. Bake until bacon is crisp, 20-30 minutes. 6. Transfer to paper towels to drain. 7. Let cool briefly; serve warm. |
