Great summer side dish. Ingredients:
8 large of sweet ears of corn, husks removed |
8 slices bacon |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
Directions:
1. Wrap each ear with a bacon strip. 2. Place each ear on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil. 3. Sprinkle with chili powder. 4. Wrap securely, twisting ends to make handles for turning. 5. Grill uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 20 minutes or until corn is tender and bacon is cooked, turning once. |
