This recipe is from Miss Paula Deen, and is DELISH!!!! Nice little bites for the RACE on Sunday, for the game, or for board game with the kids night. ENJOY!! Ingredients:
2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed to 1 (can also use tenders) |
1 pound bacon, cut in 1/2 |
2/3 c. packed brown sugar |
2 t. chili powder |
Directions:
1. Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each chicken cube. Secure with a tooth pick. 2. Mix sugar and chili powder together in a pie plate. 3. Roll chicken in sugar mixture and place on a rack placed in a foil lined cookie sheet. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or till bacon is crispy and chicken juices run clear. 5. Make sure to have plenty of napkins handy-this is VERY sticky, but also VERY GOOD!!!!! |
