wonderful for brunch or breakfast Ingredients:
1/2 lb. sausage |
8 oz. cream cheese, softened |
trimmed bread slices |
bacon slices, halved ;cooked just to soft stage |
tooth picks |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and drain well. 2. Blend with cream cheese 3. Spread on trimmed bread slices 4. Cut in half and roll up 5. Wrap with 1/2 slice bacon which has been cooked to soft stage 6. Secure with tooth pick. 7. Brown in 350 degree oven until bacon is cooked and bread is toasted 8. serve warm; makes about 36 roll ups |
