6 bananas (philippine plantain called saba is preferable, but other types will do.) |
6 slices of streaky bacon |
oil for frying |
toothpicks |
Directions:
1. Wrap the bacon all-around each banana, make sure that you start from the top of the banana and secure with a toothpick 2. Fry in cooking oil until Bananas are golden brown 3. Serve with eggs and toast! |
