Bacon Wrapped Artichoke Hearts |

Another great appetizer. I like to make this and lots of others for our family game night. Ingredients:
1 jar (12 oz) marinated artichoke heart quarters, drained and liquid reserved |
9 slices center cut bacon, cut in half |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425° F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. 2. Partially cook bacon. Make sure that it is flexible so you can wrap it around the artichokes. 3. Wrap artichoke heart quarters with half slices of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. 4. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with reserved artichoke liquid. Roast in the oven for 12 to 15 min, or until lightly browned. Serve hot. |
