Rachael Ray Ingredients:
4 slices bacon, strips cut in half |
1/2 loaf italian bread |
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. In a nonstick skillet over med. heat, cook bacon until crisp; drain on a paper towel lined plate. Do not clean skillet. Cut bread on the diagonal into 4 1 inch thick slices. Place bread in skillet and cook until golden on bottom 1-2 minutes. Flip and top each slice with 2 pieces bacon and a handful of cheese. Cover until cheese melts, about 1 minutes. |
