A creamy stuffed jalapeno, grilled to perfection. Ingredients:
10-14 jalapenos |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese |
4-6 slices bacon, diced |
Directions:
1. Heat grill on high. 2. Cook bacon until done. Drain on paper towels. 3. Slice jalapenos in half and scoop out seeds. 4. Mix the cream cheese, pepper jack cheese and bacon together. 5. Spread the cream cheese mixture in the jalapeno halves. 6. Place the jalapenos on the grill. Grill for 5-8 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don't burn. |
