Bacon Spinach Salad Ingredients:
3 slices turkey bacon |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 garlic clove, minced |
salt and pepper |
1 (10 ounce) bag baby spinach |
1 small bosc pear, cut into bite sized pieces |
1 ounce romano cheese, shaved |
Directions:
1. 1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp and brrown, 6 to 8 minutes. Drain on paper towel and break into small pieces. 2. 2. Ad olive oil to the pan and wisk in the vinegar, mustard, and a dash of salt and pepper, Add the bacon.and set aside. 3. 3. In a large bowl, combine the spinach and toss to coat, Add cheese and serve. |
