A quick and easy appetizer to serve at your next get together. Who doesn't love anything with bacon in it! Ingredients:
1 loaf sandwich bread |
1 pkg herb & garlic cream cheese, softened |
1 tsp onion powder |
1 tsp marjoram |
1 lb bacon, cut in half |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Grease a baking sheet. 3. Cut the crusts off of the bread slices, then cut each piece of bread into three equal rectangles. 4. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, onion powder, and marjoram. 5. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on each bread rectangle, and roll it up. 6. Wrap a slice of bacon around each of the bread rolls and secure them with wooden picks. 7. Arrange the roll ups on the prepared baking sheet. 8. Bake until the bacon is crisp, approximately 10 minutes |
