Bacon Roll-Ups

We had as a snack this afternoon and they were really good. I easily cut down the recipe for us.
Ingredients:
16 slices bacon, cut in half
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (10 ounce) package pita bread rounds
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven's broiler (I put mine on low broil and my oven rack was in the middle of my gas stove).
2. Open pita rounds, and spread generously with cream cheese. I spread to the thickness we liked - you might use more or less of the amount listed.
3. Replace tops, and use a pizza cutter to slice into 1 inch wide strips.
4. Cut the long strips in half crosswise.
5. Roll up each piece, and wrap with half of a strip of bacon.
6. Secure with toothpicks and place close together on a baking sheet.
7. Broil for 10 minutes in oven or until the bacon is cooked through.
8. Use spatula to remove them to a napkin lined bowl or platter.
9. Remove toothpicks before serving.
