Simple and delicious....what more can you ask for....and it has BACON!!!!! Ingredients:
1 pound haricot verts, whole |
3 slices bacon, diced small |
granuated garlic |
balsamic vinegar (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. Spread beans on baking sheet and scatter the diced bacon evenly over. Top with a sprinkling of granulated garlic to taste and a few grinds of pepper. 2. Roast until the bacon is crisp, the beans are beginning to brown, but they are still slightly crisp. If desired drizzle with a little basamic vinegar. |
