These are very tasty. I love this recipe, the best of both worlds, pancakes and bacon. Yummy. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons sugar |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons butter melted |
1-1/2 cups buttermilk |
3/4 cup cooked drained and crumbled bacon |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. 2. In a small bowl beat eggs, milk and butter then add to flour mixture then gently stir in bacon. 3. Allow to stand 5 minutes then pour by spoonfuls onto hot lightly greased griddle. 4. Cook until bubbles break on top then turn and cook until underside is golden |
