A taste of Mexico with bacon added. Ingredients:
1 3/4 lbs ground chuck |
1 egg (optional) |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
4 hamburger buns |
mayonnaise (for topping) |
4 slices avocados |
4 slices crisp cooked bacon |
4 tomatoes, slices (optional) |
4 lettuce leaves |
4 onions, slices |
4 pickles, slices |
Directions:
1. Mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire, salt and pepper. 2. Form into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick. 3. Cook on grill 5-6 minutes on each side, or in a skillet for 4-5 minutes each side. 4. Toast 4 buns and spread with mayo, add avacado slices, and cooked bacon. |
