Bacon-Mex Burgers

A taste of Mexico with bacon added.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 lbs ground chuck
1 egg (optional)
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
4 hamburger buns
mayonnaise (for topping)
4 slices avocados
4 slices crisp cooked bacon
4 tomatoes, slices (optional)
4 lettuce leaves
4 onions, slices
4 pickles, slices
Directions:
1. Mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire, salt and pepper.
2. Form into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
3. Cook on grill 5-6 minutes on each side, or in a skillet for 4-5 minutes each side.
4. Toast 4 buns and spread with mayo, add avacado slices, and cooked bacon.
