Ingredients:
1 tablespoon refrigerated horseradish |
1/2 cup peach preserves |
6 croissants, split |
6 havarti cheese slices |
1 1/2 pounds sliced roasted turkey |
6 bacon slices, cooked |
2 cups loosely packed arugula |
1/4 cup whole grain dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Stir horseradish into peach preserves. Layer 1 side of 6 croissant halves with cheese, turkey, pear preserves mixture, bacon, and arugula. Spread 1 side of remaining 6 bread slices with mustard, and place, mustard sides down, on arugula. |
