Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) carton commercial sour cream |
2 tablespoons half-and-half |
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish |
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion tops |
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1/2 teaspoon salt |

Directions:
1. Combine sour cream and half-and-half, mixing well; add horseradish, onion, bacon, and salt, reserving 1 tablespoon bacon. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 2. Sprinkle reserved bacon over dip. Serve with corn chips. |
