Bacon, Garlic & Parsley Peas |

A delightful side dish fit for company. Goes together in a flash and so yummy! Ingredients:
7 bacon, slices chopped |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen peas |
2 tablespoons butter |
chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Saute bacon until brown& crisp. 2. Remove from pan to paper towels to drain. 3. Discard all but 2 T drippings from pan. 4. Add garlic and saute about 30 seconds. 5. Add peas& butter to pan. 6. Saute until heated through, about 5 minutes. 7. Mix in bacon and season with salt& pepper. 8. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with parsley. |
