This sandwich is great served on the FLATOUT Flatbread Ingredients:
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
3 radishes, chopped |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce |
black pepper |
4 slices rye bread |
6 slices ready to serve cooked bacon |
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, radishes, mayo, horseradish sauce and pepper. 2. Spread evenly onto 2 slices of the bread; top each with 3 bacon slices and second bread slice. |
