Looking for a unique variation on your standard cookout egg salad? Just add bacon! Ingredients:
9 hard-boiled eggs |
9 slices crisp cooked bacon |
1/2 tsp season salt (your favorite) |
1/4 tsp ground mustard |
1/4 c. mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Boil the eggs the night before and chill. 2. In the morning, cook the bacon until crisp. 3. Chop up the eggs and bacon and mix together with the salt and mustard. 4. Mix in the mayo until the desired consistency is reached. 5. Make into small finger sandwiches, or serve as a side. |
