Low fat, Low carb, very yummy & easy! What more could you ask for.... Ingredients:
6 eggs |
6 slices turkey bacon |
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Spray 6 muffin cups with cooking spray. 3. Line each of the muffin cups with a slice of bacon going around the sides, not covering the bottom. 4. Fill each cup with one egg. 5. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar. 6. Bake for 18 minutes. |
