4 potatoes, hash brown |
1 1/2 c. egg substitute |
4 oz. canadian bacon |
1 tbsp scallion |
1 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. cook hashbrowns in 1 tbsp oil, then scramble eggs in remaining oil. place egg mixture on top of hashbrowns. |
