Bacon Egg And Cheese Balls

A great alternative to sausage balls and sure to be a hit! Especially with BACON lovers.
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour mixed with 1 teaspoon baking powder (or use bisquick)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or soy cheddar cheese
1 pound bacon cut into 1/2 “ or 1” pieces
2 eggs (holds it all together or you can use milk instead to moisten )
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Mix flour or Bisquick and cheese together
3. Add uncooked bacon and toss in flour/cheese mixture
4. Add 2 eggs and mix well - by hand
5. Roll into balls (about 1 tablespoon) and place on a greased baking sheet
6. bake on 375 until done (about 15 minutes)
7. Place on paper towel to absorb excess grease.
