Ingredients:
6 center-cut 30%-less fat bacon slices |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/4 cup minced green onions (1 large) |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in pan; drain bacon. 2. Add vinegar and next 4 ingredients to drippings in pan, stirring with a whisk. Remove pan from heat. Crumble bacon, and add to pan, stirring with a whisk. |
