Found in Country Living magazine and posting here for safekeeping. This is really good. I make this for family gatherings and usually make a double batch. Ingredients:
1/2 lb bacon, cooked until crisp then finely chopped |
3 scallions, thinly sliced |
3 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped |
4 ounces cream cheese, softened |
2/3 cup ranch dressing |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients until thoroughly combined. 2. Transfer to serving dish and chill for at least 30 minutes. 3. You can garnish with additional crumbled bacon and sliced scallions. 4. Serve with fresh veggies or crackers. |
