Delicious little cracker appetizers with parmesan on them and bacon wrapped around them. Bake in the oven From Paula Deen Ingredients:
1/2 c fresh grated parmesan cheese |
1 sleeve buttery rectangular crackers(recommended:waverly wafers) |
1 lb sliced bacon cut in 1/2 |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250' 2. Place 1 tsp of cheese on each cracker and wrap tightly with a piece of bacon. Place wrapped crackers on broiler rack on baking sheet and put baking sheet in the oven. 3. Bake for 2 hours or till bacon is done. Do not turn. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or at room temperature. 4. Note: You can bake at 350' for 40 mins. if you are in a hurry. |
