Bacon Cream Cheese Quiche |

This recipes comes from the Allan Estate that I purchased in McKinney, Texas in 1984. Enjoy Ingredients:
1/2 small white onion chopped |
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
1/4 pound grated swiss cheese |
5 large eggs |
1 cup milk |
6 slices bacon cooked drained and crumbled |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 then sauté onion in butter until transparent. 2. Cover bottom of the pie pan with cream cheese cut into small pieces. 3. Add bacon and onion then top with the grated cheese. 4. Mix together milk and eggs then pour over the top and bake 15 minutes. 5. Reduce heat to 350 and bake another 30 minutes. 6. Cool slightly then serve warm. |
