Quick and easy to make appetizer that is very tasty Ingredients:
1 roll of ready mad e puff pastry |
1 packet of diced bacon |
1tub/ cup of smooth cream cheese / cream fraiche |
fresh chives |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 230 C 2. Roll out your puff pastry on floured surface 3. Spread the cream cheese over the whole surface of the puff pastry 4. Fry your bacon pieces and scatter evenly over the cream cheese and puff pastry 5. Chop up the chives and also scatter evenly over the puff pastry 6. Now pre-cut the raw pastry into small squares (appetizer size) and place unto greased baking sheet. 7. Bake for about 15 minutes untill puff pastry is cooked and puffed. |
