I tried this as a sample with a recipe slip at Price Chopper and was pleasantly surprised! I Googled the recipe and found it on but changed the ingredients to match what Price Chopper used. imitation crab meat, Cabot Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip) bacon parsley flakes white mushrooms cvt Ingredients:
8 ounces imitation crab meat, thawed and finely chopped |
56 g (1/2 cup) cabot shredded sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
19 g (3 slices) cooked bacon |
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes |
36 white mushrooms, stems removed and minced |
Directions:
1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except mushroom caps. 2. SPOON evenly into mushroom caps. Place on baking sheet. 3. BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
