I serve this with my my corn chowder for a delicious dipper. The kids love it :) Ingredients:
1 (8 1/2 ounce) package cornbread mix |
1 egg |
1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed |
1/3 cup milk |
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup grated onion |
5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled |
1/8 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Pour into a greased 8 square baking dish. 3. Sprinkle w/bacon and paprika. 4. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min or until passes the toothpick test. 5. Serve warm. |
