From Oscar Mayer, this sounds like a simple and good sandwich. You can use croissants, bagels, or English muffins. Ingredients:
2 croissants, split, lightly toasted |
2 tablespoons chive & onion cream cheese |
2 eggs, scrambled |
salt and pepper (optional) |
4 slices bacon, cooked, drained |
Directions:
1. Spread cut surfaces of croissants with cream cheese. 2. Spoon eggs onto bottom half of each croissant. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 3. Top each with 2 bacon slices and remaining croissant half. |
