Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can prepared pizza crust |
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 (12 ounce) jar salsa |
sour cream (optional) |
Directions:
1. On a ungreased baking sheet, roll the dough into a 12-inch circle. 2. On one half of dough, sprinkle cheeses and bacon to within 1/2 inch of edges. 3. Fold dough over filling; pinch edges to seal. 4. Bake at 425 for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. 5. Serve with salsa and sour cream. |
