A warm dip, creamy and delicious. Ingredients:
4 slices bacon |
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup light mayo |
6 oz shredded swiss cheese |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
2 green onions, finely chopped |
4 buttery round crackers, crushed |
garlic powder to taste |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon until brown and crisp 2. Drain, crumble and set aside 3. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with mayo until smooth 4. Stir in swiss cheese, parm, onions and bacon 5. Add desired amount of garlic powder 6. Microwave for 2 minutes 7. Remove and stir well 8. Return to microwave and cook 2-4 minutes more 9. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top 10. Serve warm with crackers |
