Ingredients:
2 loaf(s) frozen bread dough
5 slice(s) bacon browned and crumbled
1 medium onion diced
8 ounce(s) mozzarella cheese sliced thin
8 ounce(s) sharp cheddar sliced thin
1 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning
1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
Directions:
1. Thaw dough until warm, kneed loaves together. Roll out onto floured surface; cover with plastic wrap and let rest 10 - 15 minutes. It will be easier to roll after dough has rested. Roll into a 14 circle. Spray 13 x 9 pan with buttery Pam. Fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Reserve fat. Brush circle of dough with bacon fat, distribute bacon, cheese and seasonings. Roll like jelly roll, pinch dough seams and edges together. Cut into 3/4 slices. Arrange in pan cut side down. Press flat. Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size, approximately 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, remove from pan and serve warm.
