This is a side dish that everyone likes, especially picky kids! Ingredients:
6 slices bacon |
10 oz bag frozen peas, thawed |
1 10oz can campbells cheddar cheese soup |
1 tomato diced small |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a pan or in the oven, cook bacon until crisp and drain on a paper towel, set aside. 2. In a sauce pan, add peas and cheddar cheese soup, heat over medium until warm. 3. Crumble bacon and add to peas. 4. Gently mix in the tomatoes. 5. Season with salt and pepper |
