You can serve this as a spread or as a dip. Either way it is very easy to prepare. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
garlic salt |
1 tomato, peeled and chopped |
6 -8 slices bacon |
Directions:
1. Blend cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth. 2. Add garlic salt and tomato. 3. Cook bacon until crispy; drain and crumble. 4. Add bacon to cream cheese mixture when ready to serve. 5. Serve as spread with party rye rounds or as a dip. 6. Thin with a little milk if necessary. |
