Bacon and Tomato Pasta Stir Fry |

Ingredients:
4 slice(s) bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces |
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips |
6 ounce(s) bow tie pasta (farfalle) |
1 1/2 cup(s) cherry tomatoes, halved |
1 cup(s) fresh baby carrots, halved lengthwise |
2 cup(s) frozen sugar snap peas |
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic pepper blend |
6 tablespoon(s) parmesan, shredded, fresh |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta, drain, cover. 2. Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add bacon. Cook and stir 4-6 minutes or until browned & crisp. Remove from skillet. Add chicken; cook & stir 3-5 minutes or until browned. Add carrots & water; cover and cook 3 minutes. 3. Add sugar snap peas, tomatoes, garlic-pepper blend & salt. Mix. Cover, cook 3-5 minutes or until veggies are tender and chicken is not pink. Stir. 4. Stir in cooked pasta, bacon and 4 TBL of cheese. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. |
