Bacon and Swiss Wraps with Adobo Spread |

Wrap up a Southwestern-style BLT sandwich for an out-of-the-ordinary lunchtime treat. Ingredients:
1 (7-ounce) can chipotle chiles in adobo sauce |
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic |
4 (1.9-ounce) multigrain sandwich wraps (such as flat-out) |
6 precooked bacon slices, cut in half |
4 (3/4-ounce) slices reduced-fat swiss cheese |
1/2 cup thinly vertically sliced red onion |
1 medium tomato, chopped |
4 cups shredded romaine lettuce |
Directions:
1. Remove 1 teaspoon adobo sauce from can. Reserve chiles and remaining adobo sauce for another use. Combine 1 teaspoon adobo sauce, sour cream, and garlic in a small bowl, stirring until blended. 2. Spread adobo sauce mixture evenly over sandwich wraps. Arrange 3 bacon halves crosswise down center of each wrap. Top each with a cheese slice. Top evenly with onion, tomato, and lettuce. Starting at short end, roll up wraps; cut in half. |
