Bacon and swiss Quiche

Ingredients:
1 pound(s) bacon
4 eggs
4 egg yolks
1 1/4 cup(s) milk
2 cup(s) heavy cream
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
1 dash(es) nutmeg
3 cup(s) swiss cheese grated
2 9 in deep dish pie crusts
Directions:
1. Fry bacon and allow to cool on paper towel.
2. Preheat oven to 350*F
3. Beat eggs and yolks together. Gradually blend milk, cream and spices into eggs. When mixed, stir in cheese.
4. Sprinkle bottom of pie crust with crumbled bacon. Pour in egg/cheese mixture and bake in pre-heated 350*F oven for 35-40 minutes until firm in the center.
5. Makes two 9in quiches.
