A great omelet. Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons cooking oil |
1/4 lb bacon |
Directions:
1. Saute onion in oil until tender; drain on paper towels. 2. Cut bacon into 1 pieces; saute until medium crisp; drain on paper towels. 3. Mix bacon and onion together. |
